Open up "dial-up" networking as shown above.
Double click make new connection and give it any name you
like.
Type in the phone number that has been assigned to you, then
click next
The window is a confirmation of what you have just
created. Click finish.
Open up Dial-up Networking again.
Double click on the connection or "icon" that you
just created.
Enter your user name and password that has been assigned to
your account.
To save yourself time in the future, be sure to check the
"save password" box. That way, you will not
have to enter your password each time you want to
connect.
Make sure the correct phone number is displayed in the
phone number section. Your Done. Click
